VAADHOO

EN -   In collaboration with Pia Nees, we developed a luminous and sensitive to touch textile, inspired by the phytoplanktons that illuminate the beaches in Vaadhoo.  Electronic and textile constraints are found on the same surface. This sample is a twill made of optical fibers, conductive metal threads along with a chenille yarn.

FR -   En collaboration avec Pia Nees, nous avons développé un textile lumineux sensible au toucher, inspiré par les phytoplanctons qui illuminent les plages de Vaadhoo. Les contraintes électroniques et textiles se retrouvent dans la même surface. Cet échantillon est un sergé composé de fibres optiques, de fils métalliques conducteurs et d'un fils chenille.
