EN - In partnership with Conforama, I designed LightNight, a luminous rug that helps sleep to be regulated . Remotely controlled, it illuminates the space with a halo of color reproducing the sun. Indeed, hormones that regulate the waking and the sleep are controlled by the eye and natural light.
Composed in two layers, the first rug is tufted and made of polyester and wool. The color of the threads and its pattern of insertion into the canvas enable to play on the density of light. The second layer is a weave that carries the electronic system

FR - En partenariat avec Conforama, j'ai conçu LightNight, un tapis lumineux qui a pour but d'aider à reguler le sommeil. Télécommandé il éclaire l'espace d'un halo de couleur reproduisant celle du soleil. En effet les hormones régulant le réveil et le sommeil sont contrôlées par l'oeil et la lumière naturelle.
Le tapis est composé de deux couches. La première, tuftée, est composée de polyester et de laine. La couleur des fils et son motif d'insertion dans la toile permettent de jouer sur la densité lumineuse. La seconde couche est un tissage incorporant le système électronique.
